1. Ordering & Custom Cakes
How far in advance should I place my order?
We recommend 2–4 weeks’ notice for custom cakes and 3–6 months for wedding cakes. Availability is limited, and we encourage booking early to secure your date.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to confirm all custom orders and secure your date.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
Last-minute orders may be accommodated depending on availability. Please contact us directly to inquire.
2. Flavours & Design
What flavours do you offer?
We offer a selection of flavours and buttercream fillings. Please refer to our flavour list for current options.
Can I customize flavours and fillings?
Yes, most flavour and filling combinations are possible. Specialty flavours are available at an additional charge.
Will my cake look exactly like the inspiration photo?
We recreate designs in our own artistic style, handcrafted with care and attention to detail. While we strive to stay true to your inspiration, slight variations are natural — especially for AI-generated references, figurines, and sugar flowers. Each cake is uniquely made and cannot be replicated exactly.
3. Payment & Policies
What payment methods do you accept?
E-transfer is accepted for custom cake deposits and balances, while cash, debit, and credit are accepted in-store.
What is your cancellation policy?
Custom Cakes & Desserts
Cancellations made 14 days or more before the event may be eligible for a refund, excluding any costs for custom decorations or supplies purchased for the order, or a store credit or date transfer, subject to availability.
Wedding Cakes & Desserts:
Wedding cake and dessert orders are subject to the terms outlined in your approved quote.
Everyday Cakes & Desserts:
Orders for everyday cakes and desserts may be cancelled or modified with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and may be offered as store credit only.

Do you offer delivery?
Yes, we’re happy to offer delivery. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance. For some cakes, including larger or more delicate designs and wedding cakes, delivery may be required and included in the quote to ensure they arrive safely.
Our standard delivery window is 9 am - 10 am. Alternative delivery times may be available upon request, subject to availability.
What are your pickup hours?
Pickup is available during our regular business hours. Please refer to our store hours for current availability.
5. Storage & Allergens
How should I store my cake?
Keep cakes and desserts refrigerated. For best flavour and texture, remove from the refrigerator 1–2 hours before serving.
How long will it stay fresh?
For optimal freshness, enjoy your cakes and desserts within 3 days. Store refrigerated in their box or in an airtight container.
Do you offer allergen-free products?
Please note that our cakes and desserts may contain or come into contact with nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, wheat (gluten), and soy. As our kitchen handles these ingredients, cross-contact may occur. We are not an allergen-free facility and cannot guarantee allergen-free products.
6. Wedding Cakes
Do you offer tastings?
You’re welcome to visit our storefront to purchase cake slices or cupcakes to sample our flavours.
How far in advance should wedding cakes be booked?
We recommend booking wedding cakes 3–6 months in advance, as availability is limited and popular dates fill quickly.
7. Cake Stand Rental
Do you provide cake stands?
Cake stands may be available for rent upon request. Rental details, including fees and return timelines, will be provided at the time of booking.
